Konata from Lucky ☆ Star!
I just HAD to do this as a vector! If you watch Lucky ☆ Star, you'll know that this is what Konata dressed up as for Chrismas when she went to her work Christmas party. ^^' I wish I could work at a cosplay cafe! T_T
anywho. took a few screenshots. had to splice them all together. so i could get the full view of the outfit. Used that as a refference. and viola. ^^'
Took a few hours on this one. I'm rather pleased with the results ^^
